Traditional Weddings

Traditional ceremonies come in 3 tiers to suit all budgets and personalities.

Package includes:

• Unlimited meetings to chat about your ceremony, get to know you as a couple, share ideas and complete legal paperwork. In person, zoom, or over the phone.

• A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee will be required on booking.

• Samples, examples, and ideas all presented in easy-to-understand documents, including information on readings and rituals.

• All contact and correspondence until things are perfect up to and beyond your wedding day.

• Rehearsal within the Brisbane area. Outside of Brisbane? A negotiated fee for travel or an alternative location is always a good compromise.

• Portable P.A. system and any advice on music for your ceremony.

• A signing table and chairs if required.

• A personal, fun, relaxed and heartfelt Wedding Ceremony created especially for you presented with a professional and sincere approach (approx. 25-30 min long)

• A professionally printed marriage certificate.

• A keepsake copy of your wedding ceremony wording

• Thorough explanation, preparation & correct lodgement of all legal documents

• Information and assistance on applying for your registered certificate if you wish to change your name after the ceremony. (accessible after registration from Births Deaths Marriages, after the ceremony).

Pricing:

Monday – Thursday $900.

Friday – Saturday – Sunday $1050.

+ Extra for Travel if required (see below)

* Above rates include a 45 minute drive from Celebrant’s home in Everton Hills.
* Travel Fees of $50.00 per 45 mins will apply for areas >45 mins from Celebrant’s home

* Stradbroke Island Weddings also incur additional fees for travel to and from the Island and ceremony location.
* Parking Fees may also apply for Brisbane City Venues
* All rates are inclusive of GST

Package includes:

• Follow up meeting at your place or mine or somewhere in- between to collect all your ideas, thoughts, wants and needs so I can create a ceremony especially for you.

• All contact and correspondence until things are perfect up to and beyond your wedding day.

• Rehearsal within the Brisbane area. Outside of Brisbane? A negotiated fee for travel or an alternative location is always a good compromise.

• Portable P.A. system and any advice on music for your ceremony.

• A fun, relaxed and heartfelt Wedding Ceremony created especially for you presented with a professional and sincere approach. (approx. 20 min long)

(Up To 20 Guests)

• Meetings to chat about your ceremony, share ideas, complete legal paperwork. In person, zoom, or over the phone.

• A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee will be required on booking.

• Samples and examples of wording for the ‘I Do’, your Vows, and Ring Ceremony.

• All contact and correspondence until things are perfect up to and beyond your wedding day.

• Rehearsal within the Brisbane area if required. This can be done at your home or somewhere close by if this is a distance wedding.

• Portable P.A. system (if required).

• A fully prepared heartfelt ceremony full of love, containing all your special words. Approx 10 – 15 minutes long.

• A professionally printed marriage certificate.

• Availability of signing table and chairs

• A keepsake copy of your ceremony wording.

• Thorough explanation, preparation & correct lodgement of all legal documents

• Information and assistance on applying for your registered certificate if you wish to change your name after the ceremony. (accessible after registration from Births Deaths Marriages, after the ceremony).

Package includes:

• A face to face or zoom meeting to chat about your ceremony, share ideas, complete Notice Of Intended Marriage paperwork and signing of my service agreement.

• A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee will be required on booking.
• Your ceremony style will be determined, and I will provide you with examples, samples and suggestions for wording. This includes sample wording for vows and rings ceremonies and any assistance you need writing your own personal vows.

• A personal, fun, relaxed and heartfelt Wedding Ceremony at your selected location created especially for you presented with a professional and sincere approach.

• If two witnesses are needed for the ceremony these can be arranged by myself for a small extra fee of $60. This fee covers a small gift voucher to thank each of the witnesses.

• A professionally printed marriage certificate.

• Thorough explanation, preparation & correct lodgement of all legal documents

• Information and assistance on applying for your registered certificate if you wish to change your name after the ceremony. (accessible after registration from Births Deaths Marriages, after the ceremony).

* Couples who reside interstate or overseas can execute the NOIM in their state or country of residence. It is not essential that we meet face to face prior to the day of your ceremony.

Elopement Fees

are negotiated according to ceremony location.

Package includes:

• A face-to-face meeting at my office or your home or a place otherwise decided on, held at least one calendar month prior to your ceremony.

• A non-refundable booking fee is required upon booking.

• Completion of the lodgement of your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and collect required identification – ie: passport/birth certificate/drivers licence.

• All contact and correspondence until things are perfect up to and beyond your wedding day.
• All legal documents completed prior to or on the day as legally required.
• Official Marriage Certificate issued on the day. (This is not a registered copy. See below for more details)
• Thorough explanation, preparation & correct lodgement of all legal documents with Births Deaths marriages.

• Information and assistance on applying for your registered certificate if you wish to change your name after the ceremony. (accessible after registration from Births Deaths Marriages, after the ceremony).

We all have a different outlook on life and we all have a different way of loving each other.

Creating each ceremony as a unique story for the bride and groom is one of the reasons I have done this work for almost two decades.
